Currently, Moody has a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office (Monday and Wednesday required) and two days remote. This may be available at the managers discretion once trained in role.

We are seeking for an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service and support to our Personal Lines accounts.

What You’ll Do:

· Build strong relationships with customers and carrier partners as you manage and oversee the personal lines business renewals and new business processes.

· You will provide outstanding service and support to assigned accounts.

· You would assist the producers with their day-to-day request on accounts.

· Your attention to detail and analytic capabilities ensure that the renewal and new business information is analyzed, compiled and submitted to carriers that are best aligned with the customer. 

· You bring a high degree of organizational and service capabilities and are motivated to build and retain an expanding book of business.

What We’re Looking For:

· Minimum of 5 years Personal Lines insurance experience to include managing and retaining $3 million or more in premium volume. Experience handling mid-market and some High-Net-Worth clients is highly preferred

· Must be licensed in Colorado Property and Casualty 

· Proficient computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Agency Management System Software (AMS360 or similar).  

· Strong consulting, customer service and relationship building skills with internal and external customers.

· Solid organizational and detailed skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities within a strict time constraints.

What Moody offers:

Moody offers full-time employees a significant, competitive and comprehensive total rewards package. The target salary range for the role is $65k-80k annually.  Our benefit package includes: medical, dental, vision, HSA Banking, Flexible Spending/Dependent Care Accounts, 401(k), Disability and Group Life/AD&D, paid time off, Colorado Paid Family & Medical Leave, pet insurance and other supplemental benefit offerings.
