From optimizing existing accounts to onboarding fresh media sources, you'll play a key role in expanding our reach and delivering real results. How You'll Contribute...
- Publisher Relationship Management:
- Serve as the key contact for publisher accounts, focusing on their retention and growth.
- Develop and nurture positive relationships with all publisher touch points, ensuring publisher satisfaction.
- Strategic Planning and Onboarding:
- Prepare implementation plans and lead publisher onboarding, presenting content strategy and annual plans.
- Collaborate closely with publishers to identify needs, including content approval workflows, and provide consultation on best practices for solutions and setup.
- Content Evaluation and Management:
- Regularly assess the quality of media, geo’s, and consumer attributes that align with our client's KPIs.
- Identify new opportunities within existing accounts as well as new accounts, collaborating with the analytics team to increase revenue.
- Operational Excellence:
- Work closely with Ad Operations on day-to-day operational processes, from campaign set-up to troubleshooting and QA.
- Collaborate with Analytics to determine root causes for customer success or failure, driving requirements for product or process enhancement.
- Adhere to established processes and workflows related to campaign set-up, pixel placement strategy, creative execution, ad trafficking, and campaign management.
- Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand client goals and key performance metrics, exceeding goals throughout campaigns.
- Data-Driven Management:
- Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns, ensuring success, high customer satisfaction, and renewals.
- Prepare campaign insights reporting, including analysis and research.
What We're Looking For...
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management (Media Partnerships experience is a strong plus, but not required)
- Comfortable analyzing data using tools like Excel, including Pivot Tables, to drive insights and recommendations
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and confident decision-making in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the marketplace (GTM) and/or insurance lead generation space
- Dynamic personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of building trust and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for business growth and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset toward strengthening media partnerships
