Full-cycle Account Executive responsible for outbound prospecting, discovery, multi-stakeholder deal management, pipeline and CRM management, articulating product value to K-12 and Higher Education buyers, and contributing field insights to improve messaging.
The Role
Doowii is looking for an ambitious Account Executive to run full-cycle sales, from outbound prospecting through close. You will build pipeline, run discovery, and manage deals across K-12 and Higher Education. This role offers high commission potential and real ownership of a growing territory at an early-stage company.
Responsibilities (You Will)
- Outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social to generate qualified meetings
- Research institutions and stakeholders to personalize messaging and improve conversion
- Run discovery calls, manage multi-stakeholder opportunities, and drive deals to close
- Manage leads, sequences, and pipeline activity in our CRM and sales tools
- Learn the product deeply so you can clearly articulate value against an existing tech stack
- Contribute insights from the field to sharpen messaging and objection handling
Requirements (You Have)
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales role with exposure to full-cycle or closing activity
- Strong communicator, fast writer, and comfortable reaching out to executive buyers
- Organized and self-motivated. You can manage your day and hit targets without hand-holding
- Growth mindset and eagerness to learn from feedback
- Ability to quickly understand a complex platform and communicate value simply
- Curious about education, data, AI, and how to influence buying behavior in complex environments
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience selling to or working in education
- Passion for EdTech, SaaS, or mission-driven work
- Experience running discovery or managing pipeline in a CRM
- Familiarity with how K-12 or Higher Ed institutions buy technology
The base pay range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, and is eligible for commission.
