With this growth we are looking to add to our team of savvy sales representatives as we expand our reach within the real estate technology world!
ShowingTime provides an array of solutions for real estate professionals, including its online scheduling platform, a live appointment service option available 24/7/365, recruiting tools for brokerages and in-depth analytics.
We also sell a new industry leading media service that elevates an agent's home through virtual touring and interactive blueprints.

About the role

This job will include handling inbound leads generated from our marketing team. This will also require you to identify and qualify prospects through your own cold calling efforts. You will be responsible for keeping that pipeline clean and up to date.

This person should expect to:
  • Field incoming leads, qualify, present and close sales of all of our showing solutions

  • Self-manage and complete outbound call campaigns to targeted prospects

  • Conduct on-line demos and conversations regarding sophisticated technology

  • Demonstrate your skills interacting with our customers who are real estate agents, owners of real estate companies, office managers and admin staff

  • Attend industry events, conduct customer visits, conduct seminars, trade shows, etc.

What does success look like:
  • First 2 weeks go through training and have an understanding of our Product Suite

  • Within 30 days be able to hit a RAMP quota and build out an initial pipeline

  • Within 60 days have a clean pipeline and demonstrate the ability to hit full quota

  • Within 90 days being about to pitch our full suite of products

  • Within 1 year you should be at quota, as well as, feel confident in holding Zoom demos with a pitch deck

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.

In California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $25.90 - $41.50 hourly. This base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations. In Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Vermont the standard base pay range for this role is $24.60 - $39.40 hourly. The base pay range is specific to these locations and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role are eligible for incentive compensation and equity awards. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Who you are
  • Prior software sales experience with demonstrated success and positive references

  • Comfortable prospecting by phone and managing a sales pipeline using Salesforce.com

  • Hard-working, with a positive demeanor and a sense of humor

  • An experienced Real Estate or technology sales or similar inside sales experience selling intangible products or services (1+ years)

  • A professional presenter who articulates and engages via phone, webinar and in person

Qualifications
  • Completed four-year bachelor’s degree is preferred

  • Be articulate, and demonstrate detailed follow-up

  • Be very technology savvy with experience in Salesforce.com and Salesloft or equivalent

  • Have strong attention to detail and critical thinking

  • Able to self-manage their daily activities to achieve a sales quota each month

  • Effective working with customers to solve problems

  • 1-year of sales experience closing your own sales
