About the role

The Account Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution and operations of the growing Digital business. This entry-level role will focus on campaign setup, inventory requests and strategy support, documentation, and ongoing campaign management.


The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple campaigns and priorities, and interested in building experience in digital media and campaign operations.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Setup & Data Entry

  • Manage order entry and campaign setup for new campaigns launching each week
  • Ensure campaign details, budgets, flight dates, targeting, and other required information are entered accurately and on time
  • Support quality assurance and troubleshoot missing or incomplete campaign information


Avails & Campaign Strategy

  • Pull and organize audience inventory
  • Support lower-spend campaigns that do not require involvement from the dedicated Strategy team
  • Help streamline the order entry process and reduce operational workload across the broader team


Campaign Operations

  • Partner with the Activation team to support day-to-day campaign execution
  • Provide pacing and performance reports to the Sr. Account Manager, identifying campaigns requiring attention
  • Coordinate and track optimizations to ensure campaigns remain on pace and aligned with client KPIs
  • Maintain visibility into campaign status, upcoming launches, and outstanding action items


Process & Documentation

  • Partner with Sr. Account Manager to document processes, workflows, and best practices
  • Maintain clear and up-to-date SOPs as processes evolve
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and create more consistent workflows
Qualifications
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; digital media, advertising, account management, or campaign operations experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when working with data
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Comfortable learning new platforms and processes quickly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in campaign performance and optimization
  • Proactive problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing business
