Ibotta is seeking an Account Coordinator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This position provides a great opportunity to learn the data side of the business and work cross-functionally with internal teams. You will interface directly with clients to promote some of the country’s largest and most popular CPG brands.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

What you will be doing:

  • Support Account Managers in onboarding new clients and maintaining existing accounts. Work directly with clients to collect assets, confirm timelines, receive launch approval, and answer ad hoc questions.

  • Support sales and account management activities including but not limited to working directly with brand partners, creating client facing materials (collateral), conducting performance analyses (recaps), and helping drive incremental revenue.

  • Build and distribute custom and syndicated audiences for targeted advertising campaigns.

  • Create and monitor seasonal audiences to optimize for increased revenue.

  • Manage customer retention marketing (CRM) files from active clients using Ibotta’s boost offering.

What we are looking for:

  • 1-2 years working in a fast paced environment preferred

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred

  • Technical Skills: G Suite, Basic to Intermediate Excel and Powerpoint, Salesforce experience a plus

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive

  • Understand how to prioritize, reprioritize and manage tight deadlines

  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment

 Additional Details:

  • This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Employee Stock Purchase Program, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks, and occasional meals.
  •  Base compensation range: $45,000 - $55,000. Equity is included in overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary.
