The Flooid Account Based Marketing Manager is a sales and marketing professional responsible for nurturing and developing new business opportunities in North America, serving as a conduit to sales.
You and the Role
The Flooid Account Based Marketing Manager position has great flexibility and the opportunity to work across all North America. The primary duties of this role include:
- Lead and prospect cultivation using various methods including cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, networking and online research to keep key accounts warm
- Engaging with qualified leads interested in Flooid’s solutions and serving as the eyes and ears on the pulse of the deal.
- Continually validating prospects’ ongoing fit for Flooid by assessing needs, budget, authority and timeline (BANT)
- Engaging with leads and prospects to build relationships, educating them through various marketing channels and guiding them toward the sales process
- Scheduling and participating in meetings with prospects, often for Account Executives or sales representatives
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing team and other relevant departments to achieve sales goals
Skills & Experience
A successful Account Based Marketing Manager at Flooid will be someone with an enthusiastic, proactive attitude that takes initiative to educate, incentivise, and interest prospects in Flooid’s products and services, leveraging the following:
- Minimum 3+ years in a B2B role, engaging with key stakeholders and decision makers at all levels
- Minimum 3+ years of software/SaaS industry experience – experience in retail technology is helpful but not required
- Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and high energy, with an engaging approach and manner leading to trusted relationships
- Experience and a passion for researching and leveraging multiple online and offline sources for relevant information
- Excellent time management and follow through skills, with good attention to detail

Location: United States – Remote or In-Office/Hybrid (primary office located in Cincinnati, Ohio). Because this role supports our global business, candidates must be based in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.
