About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Sr. Manager, Account Based Marketing to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will spearhead the development and execution of sophisticated ABM programs tailored for high-value target accounts, driving measurable revenue growth and market penetration in a competitive environment. Your expertise in B2B marketing, combined with a passion for data-driven decision making and cross-functional collaboration, will be essential to shaping our long-term Enterprise go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do

Strategic ABM Leadership:

  • Develop and lead an integrated ABM strategy, working closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership to identify and target high-potential accounts.

  • Define segmentation, targeting, and account selection processes that align with overall business objectives and market opportunities.

  • Serve as the primary ABM evangelist, championing best practices and innovative strategies across the organization.

Campaign Innovation & Execution:

  • Oversee the creation and management of multi-channel marketing programs—including digital, email, direct mail, and targeted events—that deliver personalized, high-impact campaigns.

  • Drive the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of ABM initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic priorities.

  • Leverage advanced analytics and market insights to continuously refine campaign tactics and enhance ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ABM strategies with broader marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless customer journey from engagement to conversion.

  • Act as a key liaison between executive leadership and marketing teams, providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategic initiatives.

Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement:

  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as account engagement, pipeline development, and revenue impact, using these metrics to drive strategic decisions.

  • Identify emerging trends and opportunities, adapting ABM strategies to maximize competitive advantage and market impact.

  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, utilizing insights from data and analytics to optimize programs and drive scalable growth.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on account-based marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing.

  • Proven track record in designing and executing high-impact ABM programs that have significantly accelerated revenue growth.

  • Expertise in leveraging multi-channel marketing techniques and marketing automation platforms (such as Marketo, HubSpot, or similar) to deliver personalized campaigns.

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving consensus among senior stakeholders, and mentoring emerging talent.

  • Exceptional strategic, analytical, and communication skills with a strong ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

  • Adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Experience in high-growth tech environments and familiarity with sales enablement tools.

  • A strong background in digital marketing analytics and advanced segmentation strategies.

  • Prior experience managing or mentoring diverse marketing teams.

  • A passion for innovative marketing techniques and a drive for operational excellence.

The competitive salary for this role is $150,000.00 - $158,750.00 plus equity, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Actual compensation is based on factors including, but not limited to, primary work location, candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
