Position Overview

Autodesk is appointing an Account Based Marketing Manager to lead ABM strategy across high-value, strategic Design & Manufacturing (D&M) accounts in the Americas.

This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Demand Generation, and Product GTM. Autodesk Fusion is evolving from product-led demand into a true account-centric growth engine, focused on multi-seat expansion, solution adoption, and long-term enterprise value. This role exists to make that shift real.

This is a strategy-led ABM role. The ABM Manager will not only be a campaign executor. Instead, they will also own the strategic foundation of ABM programmes — defining ICPs, shaping GTM motions, influencing pipeline outcomes, and acting as a trusted partner to Sales leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end ABM strategy across 1:Many, 1:Few, and 1:1 motions for AMER strategic accounts

  • Define GTM and demand strategies aligned to complex, multi-persona buying groups across Design, Manufacturing, and Operations

  • Partner closely with Sales to align account plans, pipeline priorities, and expansion plays

  • Lead ICP definition, account selection, and segmentation in collaboration with Analytics, and Data teams

  • Translate revenue targets (ACV, multi-seat, extensions, PLM) into clear, pipeline-driven ABM strategies

  • Execute Demand, Paid Media, Creative, and Event teams while retaining strategic accountability

  • Re-engage throughout live programmes to optimize, course-correct, and maximize account penetration

  • Identify whitespace and expansion opportunities across strategic accounts and influence incremental pipeline creation

  • Act as the ABM point-of-view for AMER D&M — raising the bar on how ABM is planned, measured, and scaled

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ABM specialist within B2B technology, SaaS, or industrial software

  • Hands-on experience owning strategic ABM programmes tied to pipeline and revenue

  • Strong understanding of buying groups and short sales cycles

  • Highly analytical, commercially focused, and comfortable working to hard targets

  • Confident partnering with senior Sales stakeholders and influencing GTM direction

  • Able to operate in ambiguity and build structure where none exists

  • Strategic by default, pragmatic in execution, and relentless about outcomes
