We need an English-fluent Sales Development Representative, based in Mexico, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through proactive prospecting.
  • Conduct initial conversations to clearly understand potential client needs, qualify opportunities, and schedule appointments for account executives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
  • Provide timely follow-ups on inbound leads and effectively nurture prospects.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure lead generation success.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our advertising solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales or Business development, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft OfficeSuite.
  • Big plus if has any experience selling to USA market.

Compensation:

  • The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $1,500 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
  • This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
  • The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
