QualificationsKey Duties and Responsibilities-
Respond to guest requests: Address in-room maintenance issues such as plumbing leaks, electrical faults, HVAC malfunctions, or furniture damage promptly

Routine and preventive maintenance: Perform scheduled checks and repairs on HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, electrical outlets, light fixtures, and locks

Plumbing repairs: Unclog drains, fix leaks, replace faucets, and maintain water heaters

Electrical work: Replace bulbs, outlets, switches, and troubleshoot lighting systems

HVAC maintenance: Service and repair fan coil units, split systems, and other air conditioning equipment
