- Maintain landscapes through mowing, pruning, fertilizing, and seasonal clean-ups.

They also maintain landscapes by watering, trimming, weeding, and fertilizing to ensure healthy and aesthetically pleasing grounds Laborers may assist with construction tasks, debris removal, and operating hand and power tools safely
Physical and Environmental Requirements- Physical stamina and strength: Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs), dig, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
- Outdoor work readiness: Comfortable working in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain
- Manual dexterity: Proficiency in using shovels, rakes, pruners, wheelbarrows, mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers
- Horticultural knowledge: Understanding of plant care, soil types, irrigation systems, and pest management
- Attention to detail: Ensuring landscapes are maintained according to design plans and identifying potential issues like disease or pests .
- Time management and teamwork: Ability to complete tasks efficiently and collaborate with supervisors and team members
