• You're a motivated student with a current 3.0 GPA or higher currently pursuing a degree in one of the following areas from an accredited college or university:
  
  • Business Administration, Business Technology Management, Finance, Management and Organization, Marketing
• This is a paid, full-time, 11-week internship designed to give you real-world experience and meaningful exposure to the telecommunications industry in your chosen field.
• Internship program runs from May 26 through August 6, 2027.
• In addition to role-specific projects, you'll take part in professional development sessions, networking opportunities, mentorship and experiences that help you grow personally and professionally.

What you can expect in this role
As a Spectrum intern, you'll spend the summer working alongside two teams: your respective department and your intern cohort.
Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on internship experiences that include a kickoff conference, professional development sessions and networking activities, webinars, community service, cross-functional projects and final presentations.
This experience is designed to help you explore your interests, expand your network and leave with a deeper understanding of both your field and the impact of our business.
Internship responsibilities may include:

• The Internet Product team will support the Fiber Internet Product team by supporting efforts to improve customer reliability, find new revenue opportunities, cost reduction opportunities and improving the customer experience. This work will be focused around all aspects of the customer lifecycle - type of equipment used, installation practices, disconnect/return practices and NPS analysis
• Reviewing data for opportunities/anomalies, creating new business practices that can be leveraged at scale within multiple Spectrum organizations, ideation around new go to market opportunities, managing existing inventory and device capabilities

Required qualifications

• Rising Seniors (Graduating date of December 2027 or May 2028)
• Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a bachelor's degree
• Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
• Ability to travel locally to Spectrum intern development events and activities throughout the program
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
