Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Cyber Systems Engineers. This position will be located at our Space sector in Boulder, CO.
Roles and Responsibilities
Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications.
Basic Qualifications:
A candidate must meet ALL of the below criteria. The candidate must:
- Possess Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required at time of application
- Be completing or has completed their degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD) from an accredited institution
- Be majoring in or having majored in Cybersecurity, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related STEM field
- Must have at basic understanding of testing requirements
- Ability to present to customers in a Test Director role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation and interpersonal skills necessary to support known ISSE activities/challenges working with engineering teams, management, customers, partners and government.
- Experience translating technical concepts and program information to customers.
- Solid understanding of planning, design, and implementation necessary to support a large enterprise system.
- Experience in preparing and/or reviewing technical and programmatic documentation.
- Working experience in integration, test, and verification of software requirements.
Salary Range:
$83,800 to $125,800

Primary Level Salary Range: $83,800.00 - $125,800.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
