  • Spring Internships: Monday, January 6, 2025 (15-20/hours per week max)
  • Summer Internships: Monday, May 19, 2025 (40/hours per week max)


The Intern - Sales Business Intelligence Analyst acts as an ad hoc Data Analyst, reviewing and answering questions regarding a variety of information. Assists with building visualization and research tooling and reporting.
What You'll Do

  • Work with existing metrics, reports, dashboards, and BI processes to support ongoing, customer success and improvements
  • Research, and answer questions from internal team members regarding internal and public data
  • Provides graphical, tabular, and textual reports to the end user
  • Assists with building data infrastructure to supported automated reporting of disparate data sources
  • Assists with building static and interactive dashboards to support reporting needs


What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, Business Analytics, statistics, or related majors


Preferred Qualifications

  • Statistical knowledge with the ability to participate in data analysis
  • Basic SQL queries skills
  • Attention to detail
  • R or Python, or related data analytic skills
  • Ability to extract, analyze, summarize, and present to end users
  • Experience with planning, organizing, and multi-tasking
  • Ability to research market information using internal and external data sources
  • Familiarity with cloud solutions (AWS, GCP)


Travel Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
