Leads pre-close and post-close mortgage quality assurance programs, managing QA staff, workloads, calibrations, findings, disputes, escalations, and audit-ready documentation. Applies lending policies, regulations, and investor requirements to complex loan files; analyzes trends and root causes; collaborates with origination, underwriting, compliance, risk, and technology teams; and drives process, training, and control improvements.

Own and scale Zippy’s wholesale and broker revenue channels by setting growth strategy, managing channel performance, expanding markets, developing partner acquisition and activation playbooks, and optimizing revenue. Establish metrics, reporting, operating cadence, and accountability systems; guide resource allocation; oversee partner ecosystem health; and align Growth, Product, Originations, Capital Markets, and executives around scalable execution and risk management.

The Senior Software Engineer II will lead projects, define testing strategies, mentor engineers, and improve system reliability at Zippy.
