As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll architect scalable technical solutions, define standards, mentor engineers, and lead initiatives for reliability and security across multiple systems.

Perform file reviews and audits of chattel loan origination and servicing to ensure compliance with state/federal regulations, investor requirements, and internal policies. Identify discrepancies, document findings, perform data trending to detect systemic risk, prepare reports with metrics and remediation recommendations, and collaborate with Operations, Servicing, Compliance, and Management to implement corrective actions and improve controls.
