Zenerate

Zenerate creates AI-powered feasibility software for real estate development. Founded in 2020 by architect Benji Shin (Harvard GSD, Genslers, HED) and Jamie Jeong (Caltech PhD., Samsung AI), Zenerate utilizes generative design and advanced data analytics to automate and optimize many of the inefficient processes of real estate development. We aim to pioneer the new age of real estate development and bring radical - much needed - change to an industry that is stuck working in traditional cumbersome ways.
