Manage the end-to-end renewal process for commercial SaaS customers, driving retention, expansion, term extensions, and renewal revenue goals. Partner with Customer Success, Legal, Deals Desk, channel partners, and alliances to assess customer health, mitigate churn risk, forecast renewals, resolve concerns, and close opportunities. Maintain accurate renewal records, manage multiple accounts concurrently, and contribute to process improvements.

Leads global B2B marketing programs translating product launches and campaign themes into scalable, multi-channel demand initiatives. Partners with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, CXO, Digital, and Sales teams to drive executive engagement, pipeline growth, customer expansion, and whitespace penetration. Builds reusable event frameworks, playbooks, and enablement assets for regional execution, while standardizing reporting, measuring ROI, and optimizing campaign performance.

The Customer Experience Manager will engage with strategic customers to enhance cloud security practices, drive adoption of Wiz's solutions, and ensure collaboration across teams to achieve successful outcomes.
