Leads the development, scaling, delivery, evaluation, and revenue generation of the Museum’s education and programming portfolio. Builds the department and team, creates national partnerships and replicable programs, manages budgets and resources, uses audience and financial data to guide decisions, and reports performance to senior leadership and the Board. Serves as a visible organizational ambassador while ensuring accessibility, inclusion, quality, and alignment with the Olympic and Paralympic mission.
