Outbound-focused SDR responsible for high-volume prospecting across assigned territories: research targets, make calls, send personalized outreach, qualify opportunities, set meetings for AEs, maintain CRM data, and collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging and hit activity and pipeline goals.

Lead origination and manage a personal pipeline from initial engagement to closed ground-lease buyouts. Advise property owners, structure terms, hit monthly/quarterly/annual origination targets, contribute to product and strategy initiatives, and develop deep telecom and infrastructure investment expertise.
