The Program Coordinator will support aerospace and defense projects by coordinating schedules, tracking timelines, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication across various teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The Solderer assembles products by soldering connectors and pins, following guidelines and ensuring quality standards are met during the process.

Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, BOMs, tooling, routings, and work instructions. Lead manufacturability reviews, root cause analysis, ECO/ECR processing, NPI support, and continuous improvement in a cable and harness assembly environment.

Manage and optimize internal quality processes and documentation, lead audits, develop training, and ensure compliance with quality standards in the avionics industry.

This role involves driving business development and revenue growth in Aerospace & Defense, managing customer relationships, and strategic planning.

The Mechanical/Application Engineer will design wire harnesses and cable assemblies, ensure compliance with aerospace standards, and support manufacturing processes.

The Production Lead oversees wire harness assembly operations, provides technical assistance, ensures quality compliance, and fosters team collaboration to meet production goals.

Develop new business and maintain customer relationships for custom cable and electromechanical solutions. Conduct prospecting, on-site visits, presentations, and demos; collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver solutions; manage CRM, forecasts, and sales strategy to meet revenue targets.

Design, implement, and maintain global network infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, and cloud networking. Troubleshoot performance, enforce security policies, document configurations, collaborate with peers and vendors, provide on-call support, and travel to sites as needed.

Responsible for developing and executing business development strategies, managing sales pipelines, maintaining client relationships, and reporting on sales performance to drive growth.
