Manage a book of B2B hauler accounts to drive renewals and expansions. Run QBRs, track adoption, forecast renewals, build relationships, source references, and partner with Marketing while using AI-driven briefs and CRM hygiene to reduce admin.

Lead post-onboarding customer journey across adoption, support, renewals and expansion. Manage and grow a remote account management and frontline support team, build AI-driven support stacks, drive retention and NPS metrics, partner with implementation and product, and own renewal/expansion playbooks.

Own end-to-end inbound demand generation across SEO, content, paid, ABM, partners, and events. Build AI-driven content and lead-gen systems, manage six-figure digital and events budgets, map and score hauler ICP accounts, drive measurable pipeline growth, and coordinate conversion experiments with GTM Engineering.

Lead and scale the customer implementation function from contract to production: manage kickoff, data migration, integrations, training, go-live and early adoption. Hire and coach onboarding teams, systemize implementation playbooks, drive time-to-first-value using automation/AI, partner with Sales and Customer Success, and surface product friction to engineering to improve outcomes and metrics.

Build and own the GTM tech stack and integrations, create demo environments seeded with realistic data, embed AI agents into sales workflows, stand up revenue data infrastructure (pipeline, forecasting, attribution), and automate customer service flows. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product Engineering to measure adoption and impact.

Run end-to-end new-customer onboarding: project plans, data migration, integrations, training, go-live, and 30-day check-ins. Deliver remote and onsite implementations, build onboarding playbooks, partner with Sales and Support, and report product friction to engineering.

Build and lead TrashLab's sales organization: personally close new-logo ARR across SMB, mid-market and municipal haulers; recruit, train, and manage closers; establish sales processes, forecasting, and tooling; partner with Marketing and GTM Engineering on ICP, messaging, and AI-driven automation; travel frequently for deals and events.
