Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce scrap and downtime, execute TPMS, stock parts, train operators, log maintenance issues, and support quality and training projects to keep production equipment operational.

Lead end-to-end material flow strategies to ensure material availability, optimize inventory, and reduce cost. Drive warehouse design, kitting/sequencing, PFEP, automation, and continuous improvement across sites. Collaborate cross-functionally with sourcing, production, engineering, and logistics, develop scalable processes, monitor KPIs, resolve material constraints, and build high-performing teams while supporting safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

Lead plant financial operations for the Pueblo manufacturing site, including budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, cost and inventory accounting, variance analysis, capital tracking, KPI/dashboard reporting, compliance with controls and policies, and partnering with plant leadership to support operational performance and develop plant finance staff.
