Teams at Trane Technologies

Manages energy services and construction projects from development and preconstruction through closeout. Oversees project execution, financials, schedules, contracts, change management, subcontractors, compliance, safety, risk mitigation, customer satisfaction, and stakeholder communications. Supports sales with project scopes, budgets, and schedules while maintaining forecasts, documentation, and corrective-action plans across smaller turnkey and complex multi-building projects.

Owns manufacturing process quality and quality-system execution, including APQP, audits, control plans, PFMEAs, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, SPC, and continuous improvement. Analyzes defects, warranty issues, complaints, and quality metrics while supporting assembly, testing, new-product launches, regulatory compliance, and lean initiatives. May supervise inspection and metrology staff and manage pressure-vessel code compliance programs.

Leads design-for-manufacturability efforts from product concept through production launch. Reviews designs, drawings, specifications, and BOMs; identifies manufacturing risks; recommends DFM/DFA improvements; supports prototypes, pilot builds, process validation, and production readiness. Partners with engineering, manufacturing, sourcing, quality, and operations teams on root-cause analysis, cost reduction, tooling, process capability, and continuous improvement. Requires regular travel, potentially up to 50%.
