Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to reduce scrap and downtime, execute TPMS, stock parts, train operators, log maintenance issues, and support quality and training projects to keep production equipment operational.

Lead strategic selling of energy and sustainability solutions across public and private sectors. Identify and qualify opportunities, build multi-stakeholder relationships, structure financial pro formas, close large, complex deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver performance- and finance-driven projects while growing a multi-million dollar pipeline.

Lead design-for-manufacturability efforts across product development: review designs and BOMs, provide DFM/DFA recommendations, support prototyping and production launches, analyze and resolve manufacturing issues, evaluate tooling and processes, drive cost reduction and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

Design and manage complex mechanical product systems for HVAC/refrigeration. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve factory and field issues, perform lab testing and data analysis, conduct refrigeration cycle and heat transfer calculations, apply drafting and GD&T practices, and deliver technical designs and presentations.

Lead implementation and oversight of EHS management systems and Process Safety Management across Americas sites. Provide technical SME support, drive compliance assurance and audits, develop site EHS leaders, ensure regulatory (OSHA, EPA, DOT) compliance, manage corrective actions, and support M&A and regional EHS initiatives. Role includes up to 50% travel.

Lead deployment and sustainment of manufacturing technology (PLM/MBOM, MES, ERP, IIoT) across plants. Act as liaison between IT/OT and manufacturing, drive site readiness, change management, training, integration, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and tracking project risks and milestones.

Support Project Managers by administering projects through their lifecycle: documentation, procurement, job costing, customer invoicing, and closeout. Coordinate transitions from Sales to Operations, manage purchase orders and vendor subcontracts, assist with cost recording and forecasting, and resolve billing backlog with internal and external stakeholders.

Design and integrate components for commercial scroll and screw heat pumps and chillers. Lead product development, perform engineering analysis and lab validation, create BOMs and specs, drive quality and reliability solutions, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and global teams.

Validate and optimize HVAC equipment selection, pricing, and submittals for projects. Evaluate cost savings/issues, negotiate vendor pricing, prepare orders, reconcile job costs, and provide technical support for installation, start-up, and warranty service.

Manage full-cycle early career recruiting: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, advocate candidate experience, create offers, support diversity sourcing, partner with hiring teams, and handle travel during peak season.
