Supports battery recycling stewardship campaigns, consumer education, state program rollouts, partner communications, events, and outreach initiatives. Coordinates timelines, deliverables, marketing materials, agencies, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders. Tracks campaign performance, website traffic, email engagement, QR scans, and outreach data, preparing reports and campaign recaps. Maintains marketing assets and calendars while ensuring accurate, compliant, brand-aligned communications across multiple channels and states.

Supports Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform administration, development, automation, troubleshooting, and user support. Builds and maintains Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports, dashboards, dataflows, and Fabric Lakehouse structures. Assists with requirements gathering, testing, documentation, data quality, and process improvement while collaborating with business stakeholders and senior technology staff. This remote role includes limited travel and focuses on improving organizational efficiency, reporting, customer experience, and business applications.

Provides first-level remote technical support for hardware, software, networks, Microsoft 365, cloud services, user accounts, and access management. Installs and maintains devices, monitors ticket requests, supports onboarding, documents solutions, assists with deployments and upgrades, and helps maintain secure technology systems. The role also improves support processes, delivers user training, and provides responsive customer service to employees.
