Support project managers by creating, maintaining and analyzing resource-loaded Level 4 CDM schedules and WBS, tracking baselines and forecasts, coordinating cross-functional teams, producing reports, performing what-if analysis, and ensuring schedules meet contractual and company standards.

Prepare and analyze financial records, perform month- and year-end close, reconciliations, full-cycle accounts payable, intercompany transactions, and support audits. Coordinate with procurement, assist CFO with banking and special projects, and produce monthly/quarterly reporting for US and Mexico operations.

Create and revise 2D and 3D CAD models and complex drawings for bulk material handling systems. Verify layouts with dimensional calculations, review drawings for fabrication, interact with clients/vendors, meet project deadlines, and mentor junior designers and technicians.

Manage and maintain document control records: track, revise, release, and distribute engineering drawings and related documents. Prepare manuals, compile bid documents, generate status reports, and support administrative tasks including travel coordination, credit card reconciliation, visitor management, supplies ordering, and meeting notes.

Designs and supports electrical power and control systems for projects: performs power system calculations, prepares one-line and schematic drawings, specifies equipment, reviews vendor submittals, conducts FAT and QA/QC, coordinates interdisciplinary tasks, estimates labor/materials, and assists with start-up and commissioning.

Lead project financial planning, monitoring, and control for EPC projects. Develop budgets, cash flows and billing schedules; track WBS costs; identify and mitigate schedule and cost risks; ensure contract compliance and revenue recognition; prepare status and management reports; coordinate with project teams, procurement, group controllers and auditors; support forecasting, claims, change orders and contractual dispute responses. Report to CFO.

Lead and manage a team of structural/mechanical engineers to design and deliver bulk material handling equipment. Manage staffing, schedules, budgets, vendor and client interfaces, review designs for compliance, prepare technical specifications, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead a team of electrical and controls engineers to design, deliver, and commission bulk material handling electrical systems. Manage vendors and subcontractors, prepare specifications, review designs and calculations (power distribution, one-line, cable sizing, PLC/HMI, P&ID), estimate labor/materials, support FATs, and provide status reporting while ensuring compliance with codes and project budgets and schedules.
