The role requires expertise with SAML, CAS, LDAP, identity providers, directory services, MFA, and related IAM technologies, with occasional possible travel for onsite client engagements.

Provides consulting services for Ellucian Colleague Financial Aid implementations, post-go-live support, process optimization, regulatory compliance, reporting, training, and managed services. The role advises higher-education clients on financial aid operations, troubleshoots functional and technical issues, supports full academic-year financial aid cycles, and collaborates with technical consultants. Travel of up to 25% is required for onsite client support.

Leads the company’s marketing strategy, team, budget, brand, demand generation, content, thought leadership, events, digital presence, and AI-first marketing initiatives. Owns pipeline generation, marketing KPIs, attribution, dashboards, campaign optimization, and ROI reporting while partnering with sales and executive leadership. Oversees Salesforce and Pardot workflows, LinkedIn programs, employer branding, conferences, and integrated campaigns to drive measurable revenue growth.
