Senior, field-based sales leader responsible for executing Technology Solutions strategy, driving regional revenue and margin, managing Field Sales Directors, setting targets/pricing, building supplier and customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to grow the commercial/enterprise business.

Support and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Learning, Performance, Recruiting, Onboarding). Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to design, test, implement, and optimize HR processes and system enhancements. Lead deployments, drive adoption, provide training and documentation, analyze HR data, and recommend scalable, user-focused solutions.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and scaling of enterprise AI/ML platforms (including GenAI and agent frameworks). Enable cross-functional teams to build, deploy, govern, and operate production-grade AI solutions; define architecture and guardrails; track adoption, reliability, cost, and developer productivity; partner with Security, Privacy, Cloud, and vendor partners; and drive platform delivery through agile execution.
