Lead Sprout's centralized Decision Analytics function to transform reporting into predictive, insight-driven decision-making. Set vision, operating model, and standards; manage managers, analysts, and data scientists across domain pods; partner with senior stakeholders; champion AI and ML integration; drive change management and build a high-impact analytics culture.

Lead cross-functional strategy connecting website acquisition to product activation in a PLG environment. Own web-to-product handoffs, segmentation, data integration, personalization, and reporting to improve activation, PQLs, and revenue. Drive scalable self-service flows, lifecycle frameworks, and experiments in partnership with Product, UX, and data teams.

Partner with the CPO and CTO to run R&D operations: lead operating cadence, OKR alignment, reporting/dashboards, budget governance, and cross-functional strategic initiatives. Triage escalations, drive org design and AI-operating-model projects, and draft executive and board communications to enable prioritized, data-driven R&D decision making.

The Senior Finance Manager will lead financial planning processes, optimize corporate financial models, collaborate with G&A leadership, and drive strategic financial initiatives while mentoring team members.
