Manage and expand regional and national retail and food service accounts through strategic account planning, business development, customer engagement, solution presentations, training, and account growth. The role requires selling cleaning, floor care, food safety, and sanitation solutions; developing executive and frontline relationships; meeting sales targets; maintaining forecasts and CRM records; and collaborating with internal teams. Travel is required across customer locations, including overnight travel of 30–50%.

Lead medium to large capital projects across North American manufacturing sites from planning and budgeting through construction, commissioning, and closeout. Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder coordination while guiding projects through the Stage Gate process. Mentor project managers and engineers, support CapEx forecasting and reporting, ensure safe execution, and present project and portfolio updates to leadership.

Leads platform launches for light industry markets from concept through commercialization. Responsibilities include prioritizing launch projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, developing launch-readiness packages, executing go-to-market plans, monitoring adoption and competitive activity, identifying growth opportunities, and communicating performance insights to leadership. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Services, R&D, and Business Management to deliver successful product, service, and equipment introductions.
