Lead hands-on administration of IAM systems (Okta, AD, M365), build and maintain integrations with endpoint and security tooling, own device trust and conditional access, support audits (SOC 2/FedRAMP), troubleshoot escalated identity issues, and document configurations while providing broader senior systems administration support.

Administer and support HR systems (BambooHR, Lever, Lattice, ADP), document and maintain integrations with Okta and NetSuite, map data flows, troubleshoot escalations, partner with IT/InfoSec on provisioning, evaluate tooling gaps, and support audits/compliance (e.g., SOC 2).

Manage a Mid-Market portfolio (~120 small business accounts, $40-100k ARR), drive renewals and retention, log activities in Salesforce, prepare business reviews, handle contracts/invoicing/quotes, identify upsell opportunities, lead trainings, resolve escalations, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer adoption and satisfaction.
