Supports acquisitions of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects through financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, market research, data-room management, negotiations, and board materials. The role analyzes development teams and projects, coordinates third-party reviews, mines ISO/RTO queues for opportunities, and collaborates across the organization to advance renewable energy growth strategies. It is an entry-level position with formal and on-the-job training, though the title may vary by experience.

Supports renewable energy project and corporate finance through financial modeling, tax equity and debt structuring, capital raising, PPA negotiations, M&A, due diligence, transaction documentation, budgeting, reporting, and financing compliance. The role coordinates with internal teams, investors, lenders, consultants, and other stakeholders while developing tools and processes to improve financial analysis and transaction execution.

Assistant Controller leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities, general ledger operations, consolidations, reconciliations, financial statement review, and audit coordination. The role partners with the Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure U.S. GAAP compliance, strengthen internal controls, improve accounting processes, and deliver accurate reporting to executive leadership and private equity ownership. Responsibilities also include managing Big 4 audit requests, maintaining accounting documentation, supporting remediation efforts, and assisting with special projects and transactions.

Support capital raising for utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects by owning transactions from origination through closing. Build and maintain debt, tax equity, and equity models; draft marketing materials; analyze term sheets; lead due diligence; coordinate with internal teams and external counsel and capital providers to drive financings to close.

The Quantitative Renewable Energy Trader will optimize bidding strategies for Day-Ahead and Real Time markets, analyze market fundamentals, and manage project trading within client portfolio.
