Supports procurement and contracting for utility-scale renewable energy construction projects, including contract development, administration, RFPs, negotiations, vendor evaluation, commercial analysis, risk allocation, and post-award issue tracking. Collaborates with Legal, Engineering, Construction, Development, Finance, suppliers, and contractors while maintaining contract records, monitoring market activity, and improving procurement processes.

Lead EPC contract negotiations for utility-scale renewable energy and storage projects. Develop negotiating strategies, manage contract exhibits and templates, advise management on contractual risks, and collaborate with Engineering, Construction, Development, Legal, vendors, and counterparties. Support post-signature contract execution, lessons learned, process improvements, and efficiency tools while mentoring colleagues and influencing cross-functional decisions.

Accounting Intern supporting cash management, budgeting, reconciliations, fixed asset schedules, financial statement preparation, data accuracy reviews, discrepancy resolution, and accounting documentation in a multi-company renewable energy environment. The intern will collaborate with accounting staff, communicate across the organization, complete ad hoc projects, and support process improvements during a full-time 12-week summer internship.
