Sources and engages passive candidates for technical and nonprofit roles using Boolean and X-ray searches, coordinates multi-stage interviews, and manages selected full-cycle requisitions. Builds inclusive talent pipelines, partners with hiring managers on candidate profiles and interview practices, provides market intelligence, and maintains accurate ATS data and recruitment metrics.

Leads Per Scholas’ technology-focused curriculum product portfolio, overseeing discovery, design, development, quality assurance, launch readiness, governance, and continuous improvement. Translates employer demand, labor-market intelligence, learner needs, and organizational strategy into scalable curriculum roadmaps and measurable outcomes. Manages multidisciplinary teams, establishes quality standards and workflows, partners across delivery and evaluation functions, and advises executives on product strategy, technical training trends, resource allocation, and portfolio performance.

Drafts, reviews, and negotiates government contracts, grants, leases, service agreements, MOUs, data-sharing agreements, and other commercial contracts. Advises stakeholders on contractual risks, flow-down clauses, compliance obligations, and mitigation strategies. Develops contract templates and procedures, conducts legal research, and collaborates with Program, IT, and Fiscal teams. Supports legal and compliance initiatives while managing competing priorities in a mission-driven nonprofit environment.
