The Technical Curriculum Developer will design, develop, and maintain training solutions for ERP and CRM systems, mainly focusing on Salesforce and SAP, ensuring effective learning experiences for skilled trades learners.

Support the Senior Manager to optimize development team operations: record gifts, manage donor and gift data quality, maintain financial documents in Google Drive and Salesforce, prepare invoices/payment requests, assist with donor materials, reporting, and special events, and coordinate with IT and Finance.

Own end-user adoption for Per Scholas's AI product portfolio: deliver AI Fluency curriculum, create enablement content, run workshops and office hours, manage community channels, provide 1:1 support, monitor adoption metrics, design targeted interventions, and advocate user needs to product teams.
