Membership Content Developer

Develop production processes for creating, editing, and publishing new content across multiple internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Work with internal stakeholders and external customers to identify the types of content and subject matter that are most valuable for each market segment. Build targeted learning journeys of valuable content that keep customers coming back for more. Interview subject matter experts to define, understand, and validate content. Help guide content strategy and write copy for newsletters, blog posts, articles, videos, and other content categories. Assist in the development and editing of copy used throughout our member platform. Develop workshop templates using Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)  in collaboration with in-house and remote subject matter experts. Work with our graphic designers to leverage existing graphics and create new ones using PowerPoint and Adobe Illustrator. Develop Microsoft Excel templates for metrics and automation that can be used by customers in the field. Develop and socialize standards for membership assets such as toolkits, templates, videos, articles, blog posts, and workshops. Identify existing assets and determine how they can be repurposed in creative and strategic ways to drive additional member value.

Gain understanding of our members’ varied needs for collaborating, building knowledge, and learning from each other’s experience. Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key influencers, community developers, content contributors, speakers, and subject matter experts. Implement the strategies to ensure all questions posted in the community forums are answered and that every new member is welcomed. Execute Scaled Agile’s membership webinar program. Identify and implement new online ways members want to meet and collaborate. Scale the Meetup program and other grassroots communities. Collaboratively develop and implement the plan for building chapters using our global Partner network. Travel to support community events and trade shows. Find creative, repeatable, scalable ways to grow these groups and their events.
