Customer-facing role guiding clients through implementation of Routeware Elements and related solutions: gather, clean and analyze waste-management data; build and validate models; configure systems; produce reports and documentation; identify process improvements and support cross-product implementations.

The Account Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales process, developing client relationships, and collaborating with teams to meet customer needs.

Lead unification of UX across multiple acquired and native products as a player-coach. Build a design system, establish accessibility and UX standards, operationalize UX in the agile SDLC, run lightweight user research, define UX success metrics, use AI tooling to accelerate design, and grow and mentor the UX team while partnering with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
