Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline generation, quota attainment, RFI/RFP management, presentations, negotiations, forecasting, CRM administration, and relationship development with city officials and technology executives. The role requires regular territory travel and collaboration with pre-sales, post-sales, and executive teams to deliver suitable SaaS and enterprise software solutions.

Designs, configures, demonstrates, and supports waste management technology solutions for clients. Responsibilities include route optimization, GPS, analytics, reporting, system integrations, technical pre-sales, onboarding, training, documentation, and customer support. Collaborates with sales, product, and customers to tailor solutions and communicate feedback. Requires strong knowledge of waste collection operations, logistics technology, enterprise integrations, and data analytics, with client-site and industry-event travel as needed.
