The Lead Software Engineer will design and develop a secure SaaS product, collaborate with teams, ensure performance standards, participate in code reviews, and engage in the full software development lifecycle, focusing on energy efficiency solutions.

Leads technical projects supporting energy-efficiency studies and utility programs for commercial and industrial customers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing scopes, budgets, algorithms, calculation tools, and savings estimates; conducting energy-savings analyses and measurement and verification; reviewing technical work and reports; researching efficiency technologies; and presenting findings to utility and regulatory stakeholders. Requires expertise in natural gas and electricity end-use systems, Python or Excel, statistical analysis, and project management.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of a scalable SaaS product, collaborate across teams, mentor others, and ensure code quality and sustainability in software solutions.
