Leads technical projects supporting energy-efficiency studies and utility programs for commercial and industrial customers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, developing scopes, budgets, algorithms, calculation tools, and savings estimates; conducting energy-savings analyses and measurement and verification; reviewing technical work and reports; researching efficiency technologies; and presenting findings to utility and regulatory stakeholders. Requires expertise in natural gas and electricity end-use systems, Python or Excel, statistical analysis, and project management.

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and deployment of a scalable SaaS product, collaborate across teams, mentor others, and ensure code quality and sustainability in software solutions.

Lead the architecture and modernization of a complex enterprise SaaS platform while remaining hands-on with critical software design and development. Define technical direction, improve scalability, reliability, security, performance, and maintainability, and guide design and code reviews. Partner across engineering and product teams, resolve complex technical challenges, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and translate architectural strategy into practical delivery.
