Partners with project managers, construction teams, clients, finance, and senior leadership to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Supervises employees, supports hiring and development, conducts site visits, and may travel domestically 31–50% of the time.

Leads procurement and subcontracting activities for construction projects, including RFPs, bid evaluations, price and contract negotiations, subcontract preparation, supplier performance tracking, and procurement planning. Partners with engineering, construction, legal, estimating, and HSQE teams to manage project requirements, mitigate risks, improve processes, and ensure timely delivery. Also mentors procurement staff and supports procurement software adoption.

Owns the Americas IFS Finance architecture, configuration, remediation backlog, incident resolution, and financial process integrity. Supports close activities, upgrades, testing, governance, documentation, and end-user training across Finance modules. Partners with Business Transformation, Procurement, Projects, Construction, and other teams to resolve cross-functional issues and improve processes. Oversees chart of accounts, accounting rules, intercompany, consolidation, controls, and integration touchpoints while providing senior functional leadership without direct reports.

Evaluates, structures, and models renewable energy project investments, including wind and solar developments. Performs DCF analysis, debt and equity financing assessments, risk analysis, due diligence, budget monitoring, and financial performance tracking. Supports PPA bid packages, business planning, project screening, and transaction evaluations while advising developers, management, lenders, and investors. Requires advanced Excel modeling, renewable energy market knowledge, and 5–15% travel.

Leads accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, month-end and year-end close activities for development entities across the U.S. and Canada. Provides technical accounting guidance on IFRS, US GAAP, revenue recognition, leases, impairment, and development costs. Oversees audits, SPV accounting, ERP governance, process improvements, and financial reporting accuracy. Partners with development, tax, legal, FP&A, and operations teams while managing and developing accounting staff.

Supports, administers, troubleshoots, and enhances enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications. Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, optimize application performance, manage security and reliability, develop standards, write SQL queries and reports, document solutions, and lead continuous improvements. Provides on-call support, communicates recommendations to senior management, and mentors application support resources.
