Support Tier 2 network operations: install and maintain LAN/WAN devices, respond to incident tickets, assist Tier 3 engineers on surveys and equipment installs, perform configuration management, update topology drawings, and maintain accurate asset inventories.

Provide Tier III O&M support for WAN/LAN networks: troubleshoot and resolve network issues, perform upgrades, configure and test hardware and software, monitor performance and security, coordinate installations and configuration management, and support NOC operations and network architecture integration.

Lead administration and security of enterprise IT infrastructure: support Tier I-III users, manage Windows and RHEL systems, networking, firewalls, VPNs, VDI, automation (Ansible/Puppet), patching, backups, RMF/NIST/CMMC compliance, asset lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, and collaborate with security and stakeholders to maintain uptime and compliance.
