Leads daytime terrain park operations, overseeing staff, assignments, safety, risk management, signage, daily logs, feature maintenance, testing, construction, and special event builds. Communicates with mountain operations leaders, educates guests on park safety, manages equipment, opens and closes features based on conditions, and supports training and safety meetings. The role requires advanced skiing or snowboarding, snowmobile operation, outdoor work in adverse weather, and weekend, holiday, and occasional overnight availability.

Lead and oversee safe, efficient snowmaking operations, train and supervise Level I/II snowmakers, maintain equipment and logs, coordinate with departments, and perform daily maintenance and communications. Serve as foreman/controller in their absence.

Provide guest-facing porter and bell services at a mountain resort: greet guests, handle luggage and deliveries, explain room amenities and resort information, assist other departments with moves and deliveries, perform custodial tasks (trash removal, shoveling, snow blower), and maintain bell stand and lodging vehicles. Must deliver world-class guest service and support variable seasonal hours.

Supervise front-of-house operations at a mountain resort: oversee cash handling, staffing, scheduling, inventory and facility appearance; ensure guest service standards, coach staff, meet financial targets, and perform hands-on duties as needed.
