Provides technical support and system administration for desktops, servers, networks, point-of-sale systems, RFID equipment, telecommunications, and related infrastructure. Installs, configures, maintains, documents, and troubleshoots Windows, VMware, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Exchange, backup systems, and macOS devices. Manages tickets, vendors, inventory, technical recommendations, user training, and system upgrades. Requires flexible weekend, holiday, and 24/7 on-call availability, plus field support across the mountain resort.

Responsible for monthly and year-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, financial reporting, audit preparation, GAAP compliance, resolving accounting discrepancies, supporting inventory and prepaid expense accounting, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.

Manages Woodward Copper’s marketing content across social media, email, websites, and digital asset systems. Captures and edits professional photo and video, oversees ambassador and creator partnerships, organizes shoots, promotes events, and maintains brand standards. Coordinates content plans, analytics, newsletters, web updates, and seasonal shot lists while supervising a summer content coordinator. The role requires weekend availability, strong creative and communication skills, action-sports expertise, and expert skiing or snowboarding ability.
