Oversees project managers, project controls, contracts, schedules, budgets, forecasting, quality, compliance, documentation, risk, and contractor accountability. Partners with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders to ensure reliable reporting, disciplined execution, and commercial protection. Develops project management talent, governs portfolio performance, and supports renewable energy project delivery from development through commissioning, closeout, and operational handoff.
