Developer productivity is not merely improving access to the syntax of writing code, its automating the thought process that developers go through to write code. Rather than trying to teach a developer what the code does, so that they can change it (knowledge transfer) we have created technology that augments a developer's intelligence to collaboratively write code with the assistance of our Colleague.
