Provide senior-level OPSEC planning and assessments to embed Operations Security into Information Environment operations. Identify and manage critical information, advise J39 leadership, synchronize OPSEC with influence, deception, EMSO, cyber, support wargames/exercises, and deliver OPSEC training to enable risk-informed decision-making.

Provide analytic support to Information Environment operations by analyzing irregular and unconventional adversary behaviors, influence operations, and networks. Integrate intelligence and open-source data to inform targeting, audience analysis, COA development, vulnerability assessments, and long-term campaign planning in coordination with planners and interagency partners.

Support Government Public Affairs leadership within the Information Environment by integrating PA equities into planning and execution. Coordinate press releases, media responses, approvals, and deconfliction processes; engage with J39 planners, legal, intelligence, and partners; monitor media narratives; ensure compliance with DoD policy and legal authorities.

Plan, integrate, and synchronize Military Information Support Operations (MISO/PSYOP) at combatant command level. Translate commander intent into actionable plans, coordinate with IO, Civil Affairs, PA, cyberspace, EW, and other stakeholders, incorporate intelligence and vetted target-audience insights, develop culturally aware behavior-focused products, build MOPs/MOEs and assessments, facilitate planning and targeting boards, and produce briefings and version-controlled planning artifacts to support campaign plans and operations.

Lead integration and operationalization of the Department of Defense Rewards Program across a Geographic Combatant Command, coordinating with embassies, host-nation partners, and interagency stakeholders. Oversee DoWRP execution in compliance with DoD/Joint/Army policy, produce classified and unclassified all-source intelligence products, integrate targeting TTPs, advise senior leaders, and conduct high-level briefings to enable theater-wide program adoption.

Serve as the primary EW advisor to J39, planning and integrating EW/EMSO into OPLANs/CONPLANs, synchronizing with MISO/PSYOP, Cyber, OPSEC, and Public Affairs, coordinating with joint staffs, tracking MOPs/MOEs, and assessing adversary EMS capabilities to inform operations and decision-making.

Provide technical support to J39 in the Joint Planning Process to identify, plan, coordinate, and manage Training and Subject Matter Expert Exchanges (TREX/SMEE). Up to 25% travel; active TS/SCI with CI polygraph required.

Serve as site manager for CBRN detection operations: coordinate stakeholders, manage equipment and logistics, train personnel, produce SITREPs and AARs, maintain records and fleet documentation, and follow MDDP/CWMD/DHS procedures. Heavy travel and hands-on detection duties required.
