Provide senior-level OPSEC planning and assessments to embed Operations Security into Information Environment operations. Identify and manage critical information, advise J39 leadership, synchronize OPSEC with influence, deception, EMSO, cyber, support wargames/exercises, and deliver OPSEC training to enable risk-informed decision-making.

Apply social and behavioral science to support Information Environment and Irregular Warfare: design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (surveys, interviews, focus groups, social network analysis), produce operationally actionable target audience analyses, advise on cultural resonance and risk, collaborate with planners and assessment teams, and ensure ethical, compliant methods and assessment frameworks.

Lead planning and execution of key leader engagement programs for Combatant Commands: coordinate partner‑nation and interagency touchpoints, prepare senior leader briefings and CCMD materials, build/manage engagement calendars and matrices, track MOPs/MOEs, produce after‑action reports, and synchronize communications to improve combined mission readiness.
