Provides administrative and personnel support across employee records, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, employee communications, and HR operations. Maintains HRIS and applicant tracking records, schedules interviews and orientations, assists with payroll and benefits administration, coordinates onboarding and offboarding, responds to employee inquiries, handles confidential information, prepares reports, and supports audits, engagement activities, and HR projects.

Handles inbound and outbound customer calls, provides product and account information, resolves issues, processes requests, documents interactions in CRM systems, escalates complex concerns, and maintains customer satisfaction. The role requires accurate data entry, multitasking across computer applications, adherence to procedures, professional communication, and performance against call quality, productivity, attendance, and resolution metrics.

Enters, verifies, updates, and maintains accurate information across databases, spreadsheets, and company systems. Reviews source documents, corrects discrepancies, organizes electronic and physical records, processes business documents, prepares basic reports, and supports internal data requests. The role requires confidentiality, accuracy, productivity, reliable organization, and effective communication while performing repetitive administrative and clerical tasks.
