What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?
I love helping to evolve our product! We’re solving some pretty cool challenges, while building a scalable and highly-available platform. Utilizing a modern tech stack, we're building end-to-end automation to speed up our CI/CD pipeline, creating immutable infrastructure, and enabling greater observability into how our systems and services operate.

Ombud's decision management platform provides organizations with a single source of truth. It allows our clients to manage information, collaborate across stakeholders and leverage machine learning to streamline operational efficiency. Content management platforms and traditional collaboration mediums are technologies we are focused on disrupting.
How has your career grown since starting at the company?
Ombud values professional development. I started in Customer Success, which helped me to learn our product inside and out. My goal was to ultimately join our Product Team and help shape the future of our platform. Ombud invested in me and has equipped me with the technical knowledge I need to be successful. Today, I’m an Associate Product Manager!
