What kinds of technical challenges do you and your team face?

I love helping to evolve our product! We’re solving some pretty cool challenges, while building a scalable and highly-available platform. Utilizing a modern tech stack, we're building end-to-end automation to speed up our CI/CD pipeline, creating immutable infrastructure, and enabling greater observability into how our systems and services operate.

Ombud values professional development. I started in Customer Success, which helped me to learn our product inside and out.
