Lead full-funnel acquisition for launch brands: architect GTM and demand strategies, execute paid/owned/earned media, run performance marketing (CAC/ROAS/LTV), build measurement infrastructure, use AI for research and optimization, and advise clients at the executive level to drive net new member and customer growth.

Owns analyst and consultant relations, industry PR, named-account marketing, product positioning, marketing technology, and performance measurement for a relationship-driven fintech business. The role manages executive communications, customer advocacy, events activation, agency partners, budget, and the Events Manager. It also integrates AI into marketing strategy and workflows while partnering closely with Sales, Product, Client Partnership, and executive leadership.

Supports Digital Experience Center operations across multiple financial institution clients. Configures and administers CCaaS platforms, IVR routing, conversational AI, electronic forms, knowledge content, reporting, and vendor cases. Assists with client implementations, testing, documentation, release reviews, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and post-launch stabilization. The role requires careful validation, analytical problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery of accurate client-facing operational assets in a remote environment.
