Hands-on technical architect who designs, implements, and hardens foundational platform components for AI-first fintech squads. Owns system design through production, defines integration/API/data patterns, testing and observability standards, security and tenant isolation, and provides architectural signoff while committing production code and collaborating across Builders and Shippers.

Provide Tier 1/2 support for macOS/Windows and cloud SaaS, manage onboarding/offboarding and IAM (SSO/MFA), administer MDM, document and resolve ITSM tickets, maintain assets/licenses, and drive automation and AI-based process improvements.

Perform and oversee digital general ledger functions and reconciliations for digital clients, resolve exceptions and mapping discrepancies, run federal reserve reconciliations, calculate interest and money movements, support client chart of accounts, manage tickets, and identify process improvements while ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.
